I am an experienced Science & Maths tutor and have been teaching in Thailand for over 10 years. I currently tutor students from Patana, ISB, NIST, St. Andrews and many other top international schools in both IGCSE, IB and A-level Chemistry & Physics.

With over 10 years of hands-on, successful teaching experience, I am confident in my ability and passion to become a positive addition to your academic team as a chemistry teacher. I have earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication and completed the PGDIE Course in International Education from Birmingham City University. I have taught students in the IB Diploma Program (HL/SL), CIE AS and A Level, IGCSE curriculum in Singapore, catering to students functioning below, on, and above grade level. I have been successful at accommodating diverse student needs by facilitating all styles of learning, offering individualized support, and integrating effective materials. I encourage learning through various manipulative and hands-on activities, class discussions, open-ended questions, and cooperative learning to create an interactive class atmosphere. Additionally, I utilize weekly quizzes and monthly tests to track student progress, identify areas of weakness, and prepare students for final exams.

I am currently teaching at a Technical University in Hong Kong. I have completed my M.Phil in Engineering and pursing the Doctor of Education. I have won couple of teaching awards and trying new ways to teach students by customizing each session based on the need of the student and help to provide excellent guidance for academics. I am doing Part-time tutor for the High School students 2006 onward. Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Science and Technology. I obtained a Master of Science from the University of California-Berkeley (ranked #8 in the world in 2025), and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. I am a Chemistry tutor for public exams, including the IGCSE and IB exams. With over 8 years of tutoring experience, I have taught over 200 students from various international schools such as HKIS, KGV, Canadian International School, Island School, German Swiss International School, and South Island School. For tutoring lessons, I travel to most districts in Hong Kong for home tutoring and can meet students at cafes or clubhouses. I also teach online lessons using Zoom.

Having completed the IB Diploma with a Chemistry component, I am a full-time Chemistry tutor. I have taught and supervised over 50+ Chemistry students from all levels (from IB/A-level/GCSE to Undergraduate Level), enhancing their Chemistry knowledge through my tailor-made materials. I have a unique teaching style in that I do not simply teach theory.
