I have earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication and completed the PGDIE Course in International Education from Birmingham City University. I have taught students in the IB Diploma Program (HL/SL), CIE AS and A Level, IGCSE curriculum in Singapore, catering to students functioning below, on, and above grade level. I have been successful at accommodating diverse student needs by facilitating all styles of learning, offering individualized support, and integrating effective materials. I encourage learning through various manipulative and hands-on activities, class discussions, open-ended questions, and cooperative learning to create an interactive class atmosphere. Additionally, I utilize weekly quizzes and monthly tests to track student progress, identify areas of weakness, and prepare students for final exams.

I obtained 4 A* in A Level Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, I achieved a score of 1500 on the SAT. Moreover, I attained a CGPA of 4.0 for STPM. For explanation purposes, I am proficient in Mandarin, English, and Indian languages. I have tutored students from various countries, including the USA, UK, Netherlands, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, China, and Singapore, both in colleges and schools. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from HKUST under a fully-funded scholarship, which resulted in multiple excellence awards and peer-reviewed papers. Prior to my PhD, I worked as an analytical chemist in industries while doing part-time lectureships at universities and private tutoring. I also got full scholarships for his Master's degree (De La Salle) and Bachelor's degree (Polytechnic) in Chemistry (Class Valedictorian, Magna Cum Laude). With knowledge, skills, and practical experiences, I helped numerous students grasp and master the subject matter through analysis and critical thinking, and I also made them appreciate the real-life applications of the principles they learned at school.

For students taking the IB course with internal assessment wishing to score 6-7 out of 7 marks, please follow the advice of your teacher/tutor and choose a topic you are confident in. Well-prepared notes and practising drilling questions will enable your success.
