I am a mentor and coach, I guide learners and try to enhance their problem solving skills. I believe in first assessing their challenges before addressing it. I want learners to be able to address any challenge with hands, heart and head and not be afraid to tackle it.I do case studies and scenarios and different ways looking at 1 problem.
